Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

InnovatLabs delivers bespoke enterprise software engineering, cloud architecture consulting, AI document processing systems, and WhatsApp Business Platform integrations. Project-specific deliverables, commercial milestones, and service levels (SLAs) are governed by executed Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All core proprietary platforms, codebase accelerators, and design assets developed by InnovatLabs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Innovat 4Better Technologies Private Limited. Deliverables customized specifically for clients are assigned in accordance with contract terms upon full commercial settlement.

3. Meta Platform & Messaging Conduct

Clients utilizing our Meta WhatsApp Cloud API integrations agree to comply fully with Meta's Business Messaging Terms and Anti-Spam policies. Transmission of unsolicited bulk messaging, fraudulent campaigns, or restricted content is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InnovatLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or third-party service provider outages.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
